With therapeutic and relaxing techniques, Sheila is able to customize her work to fit any client’s needs. With 17 years of experience she has gained additional expertise with Neuromuscular Therapy – headaches, tmj, upper crossed syndrome, frozen shoulder, sciatica, plantar fascitis and more. Sheila says her love for massage comes from helping clients alleviate pain and feel more comfortable in their own body. In her spare time, Sheila enjoys lifting weights and learning new things!
