Terms & Conditions

Membership is limited to two massage memberships per client. You may share with ONE other person only. Charge of membership payment will be deducted today and every 30 days thereafter. Massage may be used after payment is received. Memberships are for a minimum of six months. After six months, your membership will be renewed month to month, and may be cancelled at any time. Membership includes one monthly massage of your choice below and additional services at 10% off full price. With shared memberships both members may receive 10% off additional services. Members also receive 10% off gift certificates and 5% off all retail items. Custom massage includes corrective/deep tissue, prenatal, youth and/or relaxation massage. 30 min. Custom Massage: $61
45 min. Custom Massage: $84
60 min. Custom Massage: $112
75 min. Custom Massage: $131
90 min. Custom Massage: $153
105 min. Custom Massage: $1179
120 min. Custom Massage: $209

45 min. Stretch Therapy: $93

Unused monthly massages roll over. Any roll-over massages expire one year after the charge.

Suspending Your Membership: Certain situations, such as military service, may require a suspension in your membership. An SB member may suspend their membership for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days. Please contact SB to initiate a suspension. One membership monthly payment must be received before suspension is allowed. Suspensions can be lifted at any time by the member. After 90 days, or after the predetermined suspension end date, deductions from your account will commence on your regularly scheduled date. Members are required to notify SB of any credit card information changes, or changes in address. Failure to do so, and resulting in non-payment, can forfeit membership. Any membership inactive for more than 5 months out of 12, will be canceled. SB has the right to cancel membership or refuse service for any reason.
