Bethany’s massage is consistent and customizable. Whether it is deep tissue, relaxation, or a therapeutic session, she will adjust her massage to fit the client’s needs. Bethany loves seeing clients who enjoy deep pressure, and want to work on a plan to reach their wellness goals. Bethany has additional expertise in deep tissue work, neck pain, upper and lower back work, including sciatica and hips. As an active hiker and swimmer, she understands how everyday activity can affect the body; which is why she loves connecting with the body on a deeper level by helping clients walk away feeling their best.
