What is Lymphatic Drainage Massage?
Lymphatic massage is a gentle, non-invasive technique designed to promote the optimal function of the lymphatic system. This specialized massage aids in the removal of excess lymphatic fluid, which can linger in the body following surgeries, non-acute injuries, chemotherapy or radiation treatments, upper respiratory ailments, auto-immune disorders, and other health challenges.
Through a gentle, slow-paced touch, our therapists stimulate lymph circulation, helping clear impurities from the body and boosting overall immunity.
When Should I Consider Lymphatic Drainage Massage?

- To reduce edema or swelling
- During the menstrual period
- Post-surgery recovery
- Managing lymphedema
Main Benefits of Lymphatic Drainage
- Reduce Swelling: By facilitating the drainage of fluids and toxins into the lymph nodes, lymphatic massage helps to reduce swelling and fluid retention.
- Injury Recovery: Lymphatic drainage contributes to the recovery of muscle and joint injuries by reducing swelling and increasing circulation. This can also reduce bruises and hematomas.
- Detox: By moving fluid to the lymph nodes, lymphatic massage makes the detoxification process more thorough and effective.
- More Oxygen to Cells: The movement and elimination of fluids through lymphatic massage enhances tissue oxygenation, facilitating better oxygen delivery to cells.
- Prevent Fibrosis: Lymphatic drainage promotes healthy fiber regeneration to aid in preventing fibrosis after plastic surgery.
