Wow it’s been so great to see you all. Just wanted to give a little clarity to our new processes and procedures. Thanks y’all!
Sage Blossom Health Protocol:
- Please arrive wearing a mask
- Upon arrival, text or call from your vehicle
- Temperatures are screened upon entry
- Please bring your own water
- If this is your first appointment at Sage Blossom, please arrive five minutes early to fill out an intake
- If you must cancel, please do so by phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time
- All late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a 50% fee.
- HOWEVER, if the answer is yes to any of the following, please call immediately to cancel, even the same day of appointment, without penalty
- Have had a fever in the last 24 hours or 100F or above
- You have now, or have had recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, lack of smell or taste or shortness of breath
- You have been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms.
