Kristie, LMT
With over 25 years of practice, Kristie is known for her specific, detailed approach and deep understanding of the body. She is an upper-body specialist with extensive experience treating headaches (both tension and migraine), as well as chronic issues in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Her background includes advanced training in Lomi Lomi, Medical Massage, Vagus Nerve Therapy, cupping, and repetitive use injury therapy.
Kristie especially loves working with peri- and post-menopausal women, as well as elderly clients, and is deeply passionate about helping people find meaningful relief—whether that means reducing pain, easing tension, or fully relaxing.
