As both a licensed massage therapist and acupuncturist, she draws from modalities including Zero Balancing, Reiki Level III, and Tui Na to help relieve tension, restore balance, and support overall well-being. Trish loves working with clients who value self-care and are looking to connect more deeply with their bodies through healing touch. She describes massage as a meditative experience that fosters presence, connection, and healing, and outside the treatment room she enjoys movement, nature, and continued learning in holistic health practices.
