Sound Bath Meditation with Ayla

Sound Bath Meditation is only available at our Oak Hill location. 7 students max per class. The $45 cost is paid up front at time of booking, and can be booked over the phone, in person by one of our front desk team or online. Classes are non refundable if missed.

Yoga mats are provided, but please bring blankets and anything else that will make you feel comfortable (eye pillows, leg pillows, etc)

Clients are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes early as once the class has begun promptly at 7:00 and the front desk will not be permitted to let in latecomers as it interrupts the experience for other guests.
