Relaxing, Restorative, Salty Yoga Class
What is Salty Yin Yoga?
Yin is a slow paced, relaxing form of yoga that focuses on deeply stretching and realigning the soft tissues of the body by holding poses for longer (typically 2-5 minutes) so that the body has time to fully relax into the pose. It is beginner friendly, and taught by one of our massage therapists who tailors the experience to you.
Rachel’s knowledge gives her the ability to provide feedback on areas to target in your massage therapy, while helping you take care of your body in a new way.
Students are encouraged to bring their own mat. If you are unable to, one will be provided for you.

Meet your Instructor!
Rachel’s approach to massage is technical and highly intuitive, with the intention of finding balance between corrective and relaxing bodywork. She does so by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, the body’s state of rest and rejuvenation. Using slow rhythmic strokes and her knowledge of anatomy, trigger points and the facial network she elevates areas of chronic tension, especially in the neck, shoulders, low back and hips. Able to satisfy pressure needs from light to very deep, she is the perfect therapist to see if you are looking to relax while still getting the knots out. MT118410
