What is Nataraj Meditation?
Nataraj is the energy of dance, but you do not have to be a dancer to love this class. This is movement as meditation where all inner division disappears and a subtle, relaxed awareness remains.
Experience meditation in a whole new way! No experience necessary, and no expectations. This form of active meditation is fun, relaxed, and a great way to try meditation out. Reiki is included.
Class is divided into 3 parts – 40 minutes active, 20 minutes rest, 5 minutes active.
Class length: 70 Minutes (1 hour, 10 minutes)
