What to Expect
The Yoga of Awareness – Where breath work and visualization meet yoga. Kundalini is an active and invigorating practice that blends your favorite yoga poses with targeted breath work and meditation.
Kundalini will include a deliberate combination of physical postures (asana), hand positions (mudra), mantras, and breath patterns that impact the flow and quality of energies in the body.
The channeling and redirection of energy is a core principle of Kundalini Yoga. You will be guided by our experienced instructor Ayla, in our calm and safe environment. You will get one intimate hour to focus on your breath and your body. This class will be an attainable approach to Kundalini yoga. All levels, but some yoga experience is recommended
Class will be practiced in our Salt Room at our Oak Hill location ONLY. Lined with real Himalayan salt bricks, our salt room fosters a great respite from the chaos of the outside world. Come in and unwind. Please arrive 5 minutes early, as classes start promptly and cannot be interrupted once they begin. Lockers will be provided, but please bring your own yoga mat and water.
